特徵描述

形態特徵

Main stem terete scandent, reaching to the tops of trees, much branched; aerial stem with small, widely spaced scales similiar to those on rhizome; ultimate leafy branches flattened, dichotomously forking; ultimate sterile branchlets widely spreading, 5-10 cm long; ultimate fertile franchlets in long subparallel sprays, 15-25 cm long.
Vegetative leaves dimorphic on sterile branches, adnate most their lengths, free tips of the curved lateral sterile leaves 2-3 mm long; free tips of fertile leaves 1 mm long or less.
Strobili 10-15 mm long, borne in large numbers on lateral much forked branches; sporophylls broadly ovate with an acuminate or caudate tip, the margins erose.

台灣 : Scandent on trees and bushes in mountain peaks.
世界 : from tropical Asia to southern Japan.
